How do I get a prospective employer's eye while using social media?

LinkedIn is a beautiful platform for you to get any job, especially right now, considering that there’s a lot of job loss in here and so forth. But for example, Emmanuel is a software engineer. He makes apps there is someone within this meeting, who could use an app all right.

The first thing, Emmanuel for example, someone will ask you if Esther, wanted an app. What would the first thing they would ask you?

Have you made an app before?

Can I see things that you have done?

They want to see the past things that you have actually done, right? If you are able to make content showing not only the process of making an app, not only the process, even, even people you’ve dealt with, it builds your credibility. And the number one thing that all employers want is…

Can you do the job?

That’s the main thing. Cause a lot of employers are just getting people who they have to retrain. You have to now tell them over and over again and totally now restrategize their mind and actually tell them, okay, do it this way. When you come from a place of, I know what I’m doing and you come off like you offer so much value.

Even your pay will be higher than someone just comes with your CV. What you have to take note of is that you have to make sure you build credibility on social media in case you want a prospective employer's eye.

You want their balls of eyes so be enticing to them and actually offer them, show them what you actually can do.

Make sure you focus on showing your value, show your expertise, and make sure you these two platforms, AKA, Tick Tok, and LinkedIn if you have no social media presence whatsoever.
